Then, hold the collar in place and use masking tape to create a hinge at one end of the collar. Once you’ve secured the hinge, simply peel the backing off starting at the hinge and work your way around the collar. You’ll then see that the two ends meet perfectly, allowing your collar to be securely installed onto the cone. With this easy process, you can quickly and efficiently get your cones up and running.
