Mid-Autumn Festival Traditional Celebration in Dingfei
On September 9 afternoon, we ushered in the annual Mid-Autumn Festival celebration. We get together, play together, fun together and know better together.
The Mid-Autumn Festival falls on the 15th day of the 8th month on the Chinese lunar calendar. It is called the four traditional festivals in China together with the Spring Festival, Qingming Festival and Dragon Boat Festival. The Mid-Autumn Festival uses the full moon to signify the reunion of people, as a sustenance to miss the hometown, miss the love of relatives, pray for a good harvest and happiness, and become a colorful and precious cultural heritage.
In order to celebrate this one of the most important traditional festivals, since ancient times there have been folk customs such as viewing the moon, offering sacrifices to the moon, eating moon cakes, appreciating sweet-scented osmanthus flowers, and drinking osmanthus wine.
On the southeastern coast of Fujian, that is, Quanzhou, where Dingfei is located, we have a special game—Bobing. The game is to roll six dice to win the moon cakes of the first prize, the second place, the third flower, the jinshi, the juren, and the scholar. The rules are fair, simple and interesting.
At this time of the year, Dingfei organizes employees to hold Bobing activities, and at the same time adds a lot of group games, which enhances the relationship between employees and allows everyone to enjoy the festival after work.
Dingfei insists on the Inamori's Philosophy practice and adhering to the culture of quality and honesty. Dingfei promotes the growth of employees and realizes the business purpose of contributing to the temporary road traffic safety while achieving the material and spiritual happiness of all employees.
Bless our employees, our customers, and wish all Chinese, overseas Chinese, a happy Mid-Autumn Festival.
