1. Company Introduction
Dingfei started business in 2006 and formally established the company in 2014. Dingfei has accumulated 15 years of experience in manufacturing reflective materials and products. Dingfei always implements "quality first, best service, and pursuit of material and mental well-being of all employees".
The 14 years since Dingfei's established, is the road of wind and rain, also the harvest.
From a three person trading company in the early stage of our business to becoming a leading brand in China's reflective industry, we have gone through a period of struggle paved with painstaking efforts and sweat.
 
2. Practice Inamori's philosophy and culture
In 2018, Dingfei introduced Inamori's business management philosophy and implemented it. In order to achieve the goal of both material and mental well-being of employees, improve the mind and expand business. 3. Pursuit Quality improvement and strictness
The company has high standards and strict requirements for products. It is different from other people's simple pursuit of product sales. In the early stage of entrepreneurship, in order to assist a German customer in developing new products, the founder,Jaky Zeng, who took three years from product research and development to sales. Every test was strictly in accordance with the standards required by the guests, and finally, the customer recognized it deeply. At present,the products of our company can be used in the cold of less than 30 degrees in northern Europe, or in the humid and hot environment of more than 30 degrees in Southeast Asia.So far, the domestic manufacturers can reach this level are less than 10% of reflective material industry. Dingfei always in pursuit of quality, and finally gets the reward and industry recognition.
